SCAPEGOAT
A downloadable game for Windows
Experience the journey of one goat who is truly Built to Scale.
Story
The year is 2XXX. Humans are long extinct, and goats now run the world. Reports of the first ever bottom-up avalanche have rippled through the goats' once peaceful green grove, and the world's smartest minds have begun the race for a way to stop the ever-approaching ice invasion.
Play as LeBron, a young mountain goat with a gleam in his eye and an extra patch of grass stuffed in his pack as rations. Amidst the chaos, he's discovered his purpose: to scale the cliffs leading up to Mt. Pepter -- now inhabited only by ravenous birds and crochety miner gnomes -- and throw himself into its gaping maw to halt the hellish hailstorm. His sacrifice will save not only his goat family, but all of goatdom as we know it.
Gameplay
Help LeBron achieve martyrdom by clawing your way through three distinct climates, each with their own tricky yet traversable terrain. Climb snaking vines and craggy stalactites, stomp through foes, and avoid the occasional falling egg all while outrunning the relentless bottom-up avalanche in this race to the peak.
Each level is more difficult than the last, which is why you'll need to collect trash dropped by fallen enemies to bolster your defenses against the ever-increasing challenge. Spend this otherwise-unsightly junk to purchase upgrades to your max health, stamina, and speed, putting you horns and shoulders above the competition.
Will you reach the top and grant LeBron his final wish? (You'll want to stick around until the end, it's worth it)
